Bio
Lacie Thompson is the Founder and CEO of MediaPact, a two-sided marketplace for buying and selling flat-fee paid media. She previously founded LT Partners, an affiliate marketing agency that achieved Impact Diamond status in under four years and was acquired in June 2023 by a private equity–backed digital agency. Following the acquisition of LT Partners, Lacie served as Senior Vice President at New Engen, where she ran partner marketing and performance programs. She has 15+ years of experience in performance and brand marketing and is a regular speaker at iPX and PI Live. Named to the Martech Record Expert Panel and the PerformanceIn Top 50.
